Q: When and where is the wedding taking place?

A: The wedding is on Saturday, 2nd May 2026 at the Westgrove Hotel, Clane, County Kildare, W91 YWE0.

 

Q: What time should I arrive?

A: The ceremony begins at 2 PM, so please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to get seated.

 

Q: Is the Ceremony and Reception at the same venue?

A: Yes, after the ceremony, we will move straight into the reception, so no travel is needed.

 

Q: Is there car parking at the venue?

A: Yes, there is complimentary car parking for hotel guests.

 

Q: Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?

A: Yes, please inform us of your dietary needs when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly

 

Q: What are the accommodation rates?

A: We have secured a discounted accommodation rate for our guests of €225 Double Room or €195 Single Room (including breakfast) for both Saturday, 2nd May and Sunday, 3rd May 2026.

 

Q: I am not staying at the venue. Will there be taxis available to take guests home?

A: Yes, the hotel staff will be more than happy to arrange this at the main reception desk.

 

Q: Is the wedding outdoors or indoors?

A: Both the ceremony and reception are indoors. However, the drinks reception will include an outdoor rooftop area (weather permitting).

 

Q: Is the venue wheelchair friendly?

A: Yes, the venue is completely wheelchair-accessible.

 

Q: I plan on attending the day two celebrations. Is the venue close to The Westgrove Hotel?

A: Yes, Jaz Mansor's (The Village Inn) pub is just a short walk through Clane village (approx. 5 mins walk). There is plenty of parking available if you wish to drive.
